Peter is the Co-Founder and CEO of SP Venture Partners, where he leads firm strategy, capital formation, and investment execution with a focus on disciplined growth and capital preservation. Sean is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of SP Venture Partners, where he oversees deal sourcing, underwriting, and execution across the firm’s equity and debt platforms. His experience spans real estate acquisitions, private lending, and financial leadership, driving disciplined investment decisions that prioritize risk management and strong returns.
